The pretreatment of plastic parts prior to painting usually entails one cleaning stage, where parts are washed and degreased. This process stage is crucial to the quality of the final product and is therefore to be carried out with the utmost care.
Treatment to increase the service time of degreasing and rinsing baths is part of proaqua's core business. An immaculate, good adhesive surface is particularly needed in surface finishing (painting, coating and galvanisation, etc.). Therefore, the degreasing of components made of any kind of plastic is a crucial prerequisite.

At proaqua, systems for pretreating plastic parts not only include chemistry but also process engineering. These are both coordinated with one another, but can of course also be applied individually.
