Even when recycling strategies are used intensively, a concentration is left over in many processes, which needs to be increased even more for direct disposal.

The distillation of aqueous solutions is a particularly environmentally friendly technology. No chemicals are used and the condensate can be recycled.

To minimise the amount of energy used vacuum distillation is preferred, usually in combination with heat exchangers. All systems components are made of high quality materials according to the composition of the untreated water.

To keep investments to a minimum simple separation methods, such as filtration, light liquid separators, neutralisation and, if necessary, even membrane filtration are to be installed for use in pre-treatment. In individual cases, a secondary condensate treatment may be necessary.

proaqua offers different systems starting from a distillation output of approximately 50 l/h.
A complete proaqua plan will definitely include a material flow analysis to help minimise the substances to be evaporated, as well as costing and energy costing. Every product is then tuned individually to the application concerned and combined with a logical process to achieve an optimum solution both economically and ecologically.
