subscriptionMunicipal sewage treatment plants
In municipal sewage treatment plants, waste water is treated in several stages. First of all, solid substances and faeces are removed here. This sludge is rinsed and disposed of separately. The waste water that has been pre-treated this way then goes through one or two biological stages (nitrification and denitrification). This is where micro-organisms, the so-called biomass, are broken down. In the final sedimentation, the biomass is separated from the aqueous phase. The clarified water can be discharged into a river. An excess sludge is created from residual substances and dead biomass; this can be conditioned and dehydrated, if required.
As a systems supplier for the treatment of waste water, proaqua will support you for example by supplying you with water treatment chemicals or process technology.
Furthermore, we will gladly advise you in the process of implementing an entire waste water disposal system - with the planning and supply of treatment systems for all of those undesired and critical ingredients, and, if required, complete water management, too.
