Physical disinfection

The germ destroying effects of UV-C radiation - especially in the wavelength range of 254 nm - is specifically used for disinfecting drinking water and other clear liquids without the use of chemicals.
proaqua offers a range of standard equipment for:

• Disinfecting well or surface water to obtain drinking water(German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) permit required!)
• Disinfecting circulation water (cooling systems, air scrubbers and rinsing water, etc.)
• Disinfecting ultra pure water (micro-electronics; surface engineering, etc.)

In addition to continuous flow equipment, immersion lamps can also be used for non-hermetically sealed containers.
